In a breakthrough, the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad has arrested a man suspected of spying for Pakistan’s intelligence agency, ISI. The accused, Shahzad, a resident of Rampur, was nabbed by the ATS from Moradabad. What looked like routine smuggling of cosmetics, clothes, and spices across the India-Pakistan border was a cover for something far more serious. Investigators say Shahzad was secretly working for Pakistan’s ISI. He had close ties with ISI agents and was regularly passing on confidential information related to India’s security. As the truth began to unfold, the ATS registered a case under serious charges in Lucknow and swiftly made the arrest. Shahzad is now being presented in court, and legal proceedings are underway. Meanwhile, Shahzad’s wife has denied all the allegations. She said, “He is an honest man. He would never be involved in such acts.” Before this, a popular travel vlogger and YouTuber from Hisar Jyoti Malhotra also landed in serious trouble after being accused of spying for Pakistan.
